These Terms govern your use of LexOps. This is the current published version. Material changes will be announced by email.
LexOps Management Systems provides a cloud-based legal operations platform for business law firms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. The first user to create a firm account is the organization administrator.
Plans are billed monthly or annually per active user. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Free trials end automatically after 14 days unless a paid plan is activated.
You will not use LexOps to store unlawful content or attempt to compromise the service, other firms' data or the integrity of the platform.
Your firm remains the sole owner of the data it uploads. We process it solely to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Brussels, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexOps' aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by the firm in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. LexOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.
LexOps targets 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. A public status page will follow in 2026; until then, status updates are sent by email to firm administrators.
